AMCAP accredited with ISO 9001
AMCAP understands that ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems are a fundamental tool for improved operational excellence and enterprise risk while increasing customer confidence and business performance through continual improvement.
AMCAP also recognises that we have a responsibility towards both the people we employ and the clients and businesses we partner with, to protect their health and keep them safe.
“We are extremely proud of our team and their efforts to attain the ISO 9001 certification,” Executive General Manager, Geoff Bailey said.
“It means that quality is not just a concept, but a reality. Our policies and procedures document that, but our people show it in how they work – and particularly in how they engage with our customers. ISO 9001 certification reflects our commitment to quality and our commitment to our customers and staff.”
Certification to ISO 9001 requires an accredited third party auditing organisation to thoroughly review the Company’s internal quality management system processes, to ensure that they are capable of consistently delivering a service that meets customers’ needs and expectations.
ISO certification is based on quality management principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement and review. The goal is to ensure customers receive consistently high quality products and services.
“Implementing ISO 9001 enables us to continually improve the company’s quality management systems (QMS) and processes. In turn, this improves the ability of our operations to meet customer requirements and expectations every time,” Jason Mance, HR Manager said.
