New Website Launch
AMCAP (www.amcap.com.au) has launched a new website and refreshed corporate messaging.
According to Geoff Bailey, AMCAP’s Executive General Manager, the new website and brand refresh are more closely aligned with the company’s strategic vision for growth and expansion over the next decade and beyond.
“We have stayed in business for over 40 years by listening to our customers, developing key partnerships with leading brands and increasing our capability offering,” said Geoff.
“We are a mature company with core values, but we also recognise the importance of constantly innovating and adapting to new ways of doing business and technology. We recognise that thousands of businesses have sourced and received products from us over the years, but perhaps weren’t aware of the company behind them.”
The new AMCAP website offers a clean, modern design, easy-to-navigate functionality, and a content-rich site experience. The e-commerce function will be available in December to enable customers to quickly and easily order from AMCAP’s product range across a broad selection of categories, including automotive parts, transport parts and coatings supplies. This section also showcases new product introductions, with product pages including photos, technical specifications and pricing as well as the full shopping cart features online customers have come to expect.
“Client testimonials will provide a glimpse into our customer experiences and a Careers and Culture section will offer an insight into what it’s like to work at AMCAP,” said Geoff.
Additional sections and interactive features are planned for a second phase development to ensure the new website continues to provide a fresh, versatile site experience.
“This new website will never replace the direct, responsive customer service that we have been known for throughout the industry for over four decades,” said Geoff. “But our goal is to provide one more secure access point and online resource for companies and individuals to learn more about our logistics solutions and how we can help them.”
The new website will also provide social media integration and direct links to AMCAP’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ pages, where company and product updates will appear on a regular basis.
