Making a difference through volunteering with Dandelions WA!

On Thursday the 16th of October our amazing AMCAP volunteers packed 617 school bags for children in remote and vulnerable WA communities with Dandelions WA. These backpacks do more than carry supplies, they carry hope. They support communities recovering from fires and droughts, assist those affected by family and domestic violence, and help WA students start the school year with confidence and dignity.
Our team also arranged last minute transport for the additional pallets our team packed. This meant they didn’t have to be unpacked and stored overnight and further assists Dandelions WA with reaching their largest target to date.
We’re proud to be part of this meaningful initiative and look forward to continuing our support for Dandelions WA and the WA communities they provide support to.
