AMCAP & Lifeline WA: Creating Hope Through Connection

At AMCAP, we are proud to partner with organisations that make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Our ongoing partnership with Lifeline WA continues to support life-saving services, crisis support, community awareness, and connection across Western Australia. During FY26, Lifeline WA responded to 174,028 phone and digital conversations with people experiencing crisis, representing a 6% increase on the previous financial year. Lifeline WA also supported 577 new and existing Crisis Supporters across its telephone, text and online chat services.

Through fundraising, advocacy, relationship building and awareness initiatives, AMCAP has helped strengthen Lifeline WA’s ability to reach more Western Australians when they need support most. This includes supporting fundraising events, promoting Lifeline WA’s services through our maintenance kit distribution network, and helping create valuable community and industry connections.

Partnership Highlights

• Supported Lifeline WA’s mission to providecrisis support and suicide prevention services throughout Western Australia.
• Assisted in funding three additional Crisis Supporters who collectively responded to more than 750 calls for help.
• Participated in and supported key fundraising initiatives, including the Black Diamond Gala Dinner.
• Helped expand awareness of Lifeline WA services throughout regional, rural and remote communities via AMCAP’s customer network and maintenance kit distribution.
• Strengthened industry relationships that continue to generate opportunities and support for mental health initiatives across Western Australia.
